We specialize in setting up Specialised Cleaning Service centres (Scs), operating ecological processes and offering external cleaning service to industries in the area.
For larger or special applications, we offer a full On-Site Cleaning Service (Ocs) to our customers. For companies preferring an ‘in-house’ solution, our specialized equipment is for Sale with (local) Assistance and (maintenance) Service (Sas), directly or through distributors and joint ventures all over the world.

Traditional methods for stripping paint or other organic coatings from metal objects, or for cleaning plastic from metal tools, include the use of sometimes hazardous chemicals, torches, open air fires, etc. Thermal processes are known to offer Ecological benefits over most traditional methods, and are gaining field, while chemical solutions are being modified to reduce environmental impact.

Scirocco Suspended Silica Systems

The SCIROCCO "suspended silica” systems are fast and powerful : suitable for high quality cleaning of valuable tools, for short cycle cleaning requirements (1h) and for large capacity cleaning needs.

Parts are loaded in a carrier and submerged in the bubbling sand reactor operating at 420 – 480 °C.
Organics evaporate and oxidize without combustion. Typical cleaning time is 1 hour. Systems are designed for 24h/d operation.

The integrated flame screen above the reactor provides post combustion with direct energy recovery.

Scirocco systems are being produced in compact, standard and customized sizes.

Diablo Heated Atmosphere Systems

The DIABLO "Heated Atmosphere" systems with accurately controlled atmosphere are advised for small tools, mainly for the plastic industry as spinnerets, screens, injection nozzles etc

Parts are loaded on top of a loading frame which slides out of the reactor, easy accessible from both sides with removable trays.
Organics evaporate and oxidize in a safely controlled reactor with efficient sealing to guarantee accurate atmosphere control. Typical cleaning time is 90 to 240 minutes.

Post combustion and exhaust fan are integrated in the compact layout.

Santana Heated Atmosphere Systems

The SANTANA "Heated Atmosphere" systems with accurately controlled atmosphere are advised for high precision tools, as extrusion parts, large spinnerets or large parts with limited contamination.

 Parts are loaded on top of a loading door which completely slides out of the reactor, easy accessible from both sides with hoisting system or forklift.
Organics evaporate and oxidize in a safely controlled reactor with efficient sealing to guarantee accurate atmosphere control. Typical cleaning times are 6 to 10 hours.

Post combustion and exhaust fan are integrated in the compact layout.
